RETURNS
14 Day return period deadline.
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return your item(s). If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you the option to return. WE DO NOT DO EXCHANGES. We do not provide return shipping labels. Any items sent to our pick up location will be automatically sent back to the sender. (return address provided at the bottom of this page)
Returns are processed within 5-7 Buisness days after your item(s) are delivered to us. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Any items purchased with a gift card are final sale and cannot be returned nor exchanged. If customer returns an item that is not eligible for a return , it will be marked as a total loss and will not be returned back to the sender.
A store credit with a 15% restocking fee may be honored. By purchasing with us , you are agreeing to our policy .

Any item received with the above conditions will not be eligible for a return, exchange, or store credit. It will not be returned to the sender and will be marked as a total loss. Please contact us before returning items to avoid total losses.
We must be notified within 5 days of receiving an order regarding damaged/missing items .
PICKUPS
We give every customer 2 weeks to pick up their item at our store. If the customer fails to pick up within 2 weeks, their order will be canceled and they will be provided with store credit sent to the email provided.
FINAL SALE ITEMS

All items purchased with discounts greater than 20% are Final Sale.

All items purchased using Black Friday and Cyber Monday codes are Final Sale.
- All items with a red "% off" is Final Sale.

Orders that exceed our return time frame (14 days) are automatically considered Final Sale.

Any Final Sale item received for return will not be processed.

Cali Babe Official reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion or sale at any time without notice.

In some cases, a store credit may be issued with a 15% restocking fee.

If the request meets criteria for a return, we only offer store credit in the same value of the item purchased, we do not issue refunds, we do not cover shipping fees.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PACKAGES ONCE THEY ARE IN USPS/UPS CARE. IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST, PLEASE FILE A CLAIM FOR MISSING PACKAGE WITH THE SHIPPING CARRIER. We are not responsible for return labels nor missing packages.

We are not responsible for reshipping fees, if you're elegible for a return, please proceed the following steps:

Ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
2.Pack Your Return:
Securely pack your item(s) in the original packaging or a suitable alternative.
3.Ship Your Return:
Customers are responsible for return labels. Please ship your item with USPS to our P.O box and send your package to the address below:

4.Include Your Order Details:
Inside your package, include your order number and full name to help us process your return quickly.
5.Keep Your Tracking Number:
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or missing return packages.
6.Processing Time:
Once your return is delivered, please allow 5-7 busienss days for processing.
