RETURN AND EXCHANGES
RETURNS
14 Day return period deadline.
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return your item(s). If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you the option exchange or any other process. WE DO NOT DO EXCHANGES. We do not provide shipping labels. Any items sent to our pick up location will be automatically sent back to the sender. (return address provided at the bottom of this page)
We are not responsible for return labels nor missing packages, returns are processed within 5-7 Buisness days after your item(s) are delivered to us. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PACKAGES ONCE THEY ARE IN USPS/UPS CARE. IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST, PLEASE FILE A CLAIM FOR MISSING PACKAGE WITH THE SHIPPING CARRIER.
A store credit with a 15% restocking fee may be honored. By purchasing with us , you are agreeing to our policy .
INELIGABLE ITEMS
We do not accept items that are worn, washed, altered, sale items, or body suits. In order to be eligible for a return, all tags must be attached in its original plastic packaging. Any item sent to our facility with stains, (makeup, deodorant, etc.) odor, or damage will not be accepted for a return, exchange or store credit and a re-shipping fee will be applied.
We must be notified within 5 days of receiving an order regarding damaged/missing items or lost packages.
Any itmes purchased with a gift card are final sale and cannot be returned nor exchanged.
PICKUPS
We give every customer 2 weeks to pick up their item at our store. If the customer fails to pick up within 2 weeks, their order will be canceled and they will be provided with store credit sent to the email provided.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
All Items purchased with promotional code or discounts are final sell. ALL ITEMS PURCHASED WITH BLACKFRIDAY/CYBER MONDAY CODES ARE FINAL SALE. All accessories are final sell. All Bodysuits are final sale. Selected promotions/sales sent via email or promoted via social media or displayed on website banners will if the promotion/sale is final sale. Cali Babe Official reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion/sale at any time without notice. Orders that exceed our return time frame are also final sale. Any final sale item received for a return will not be honored and a re-shipping fee will be applied. A store credit with a 15% restocking fee may be honored. No exceptions.
If the request meets criteria for a return, we only offer store credit in the same value of the item purchased, we do not issue refunds, we do not cover shipping fees.
